01Purpose and acceptance
These Terms of Service govern authorized use of BialCorp CMS 2.0, an internal application for managing marketing content, website updates, social media feeds, business prospecting, and reporting. By using the application, you agree to these terms and applicable BialCorp workplace and information-security policies.
The application is not offered for public registration or personal use. Access does not create a right to continued access or change any employment or contractor agreement.
02Authorized access
Use CMS 2.0 only with permission from BialCorp and within your assigned responsibilities. Keep login credentials and connected-account tokens confidential, do not share accounts, and promptly report suspected misuse to the application administrator.
Connect only websites, social media accounts, and Google properties that you are authorized to manage or access. Do not bypass access controls, impersonate another person, or attempt to access information outside your authorization.
03Content and publishing responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing content and confirming the intended destination before publishing or authorizing automated updates. Verify factual accuracy, usage rights, business details, and any required approvals. Apply the same review to AI-assisted content.
Do not upload or publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, discriminatory, or confidential material without proper authorization. Publishing may make content publicly available. Removing it from CMS 2.0 may not remove copies from external websites, social platforms, caches, or archives.
04Business prospecting
Use prospecting features only for legitimate BialCorp business activities. Obtain business and contact information from authorized sources, respect applicable privacy and marketing rules, and honor opt-out and suppression requirements.
Do not use the application for spam, harassment, unauthorized collection of personal information, or evasion of another service's restrictions. Search Console data must not be used to identify individual searchers or create personal outreach lists.
05Google and other connected services
Google Search Console access and stored data support internal reporting only for websites owned by our company. Do not connect or import Search Console data for client, prospect, or other third-party websites. You control whether to grant or revoke Google access. Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party websites, social platforms, and APIs operate under their own terms, policies, limits, and availability. You must comply with those requirements. BialCorp may disable or change an integration if access expires, a provider changes its service, or continued use presents an operational or security concern.
06Ownership and confidentiality
Use company content, reports, prospect information, and application materials only for authorized work. Existing ownership and intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners; these terms do not transfer those rights. Work product remains subject to applicable company policies and agreements.
Do not disclose internal information or export it to unauthorized tools, personal accounts, or recipients. Access to data does not itself authorize external sharing.
07Availability and limitations
The application and connected services may contain errors, provide incomplete or delayed data, or be unavailable. BialCorp may perform maintenance, modify features, or suspend access. Search performance reports do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, prospect conversions, or business results.
To the extent permitted by applicable law and existing agreements, the application is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. These terms do not limit rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be limited.
08Suspension, changes, and contact
BialCorp may restrict or revoke access when responsibilities change, authorization ends, or misuse is suspected. Stop using the application when your authorization ends. Retention and deletion of information are addressed in the Privacy Policy.
Updates to these terms will be posted on this page. Material changes will be communicated through normal internal channels. For questions about these terms, permissions, or application use, contact the BialCorp CMS 2.0 administrator through your established internal company contact channel.
